General Terms and Conditions
These are applicable to all transactions and communications with What On Earth Publishing Ltd and What on Earth Magazines Ltd.
What On Earth Publishing Ltd (“What on Earth!”) and What on Earth Magazines Ltd (“What on Earth! Magazine”) are small independent publishers that produces a range of products (“Products”) in printed and digital format. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with a Product then simply return the product within 14 working days and we will replace it or exchange it or give a refund.
Any Product returned must be in the original wrapping or packaging, unused and un-damaged. If returned goods are received by What on Earth! or What on Earth! Magazine in this condition then all costs including the cost of return may be covered by What on Earth! and What on Earth! Magazine.
What on Earth! and What on Earth! Magazine reserve the right to impose a handling charge, not exceeding 100% of the value of any return, in the event that What on Earth! or What on Earth! Magazine incurs any duties, taxes or other costs associated with receiving back the Products.
What on Earth! and What on Earth! Magazine accept no liability for third party issues or consequential costs. The purchaser may need to liaise directly with the delivery company or third party service provider (dependant on the circumstances) in case of any claim but should in the first instance advise What on Earth! or What on Earth! Magazine.
No warranty is offered on the Products however if any Product proves to be faulty as a result of poor manufacture or handling by What on Earth! or What on Earth! Magazine then it will be replaced at once without cost.
What on Earth! and What on Earth! Magazine reserve the right to expire or terminate any FREE Gift Voucher off at any time without prior notification or explanation
A claim for manufacturing fault is the only claim that may be entertained more than 14 days after the date of despatch of the Product.
We are small companies and work hard to produce our Products. All images and text are therefore copyright and nobody has permission to use any of our images, text or data (except in the case that they are specifically designated) unless they have express prior written permission from a company director.
