As Operations Director, I keep the day-to-day running of both What on Earth! Books and What on Earth! Magazines on track, working closely with the CEO to make sure everything flows smoothly. I keep an eye on everything from cashflow and forecasts to projects, processes, and whatever else comes my way – it definitely keeps me on my toes! I work alongside all teams to align plans and budgets, and dive into monthly finance reviews and end-of-month tasks. I help keep things moving across the team, nudging things along and trying to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
Outside of work, my main passion is music – I love performing in concerts and also sing as a soprano soloist at weddings, funerals, and other special occasions.
