I began my design career at DK before moving to BBC Worldwide, where I worked on the publishing list for CBeebies and CBBC programming. My interest in licensing grew from there and I worked in the greetings cards and stationery industry for a number of years. I went on to co-found 38a The Shop, a studio specialising in children’s book packaging for publishers including Penguin Random House and Lonely Planet Kids. After several years as a freelance designer, I’m excited to be part of the What on Earth! team, working with such a talented, creative group. I have a passion for print, pattern and colour and in my free time can be found printing textiles, exploring galleries and searching for inspiration in unexpected corners!
