Terms and Conditions:

1. No purchase necessary to enter the prize draw.
2. This prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Ireland aged 18 years or over. The prize draw is only open to a person who is not and whose immediate family members or those living in the same household are not employed by What on Earth! (the “Promoter”), or any of it’s parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, authors, or advertising or promotion agencies
3. Entries must be received by the closing date on the competition entry page. No responsibility can be accepted for incorrect entries. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt. Entries via agents or third parties are invalid and shall not be considered.
4. Only one entry per person.
5. All correctly completed entries will be entered into a prize draw, which will take place the week of the closing date. The Promoter shall select the first three entries at random to win the prize. The Promoter shall notify the winner via email, who shall have 5 working days to claim the prize. The Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to a substitute winner selected in accordance with these rules.
6. The prize details can be found above and is subject to stock and availability. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right (a) to substitute alternative prizes of equivalent or greater value and (b) in exceptional circumstances to amend or foreclose the promotion without notice. No correspondence will be entered into. No cash alternative will be offered.
7. By entering this competition, all entrants consent to the use of their personal data by the Promoter for the purposes of running the competition as detailed in these terms and conditions. 8. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the Prize to anyone in breach of these Terms & Conditions. The Promoter may withdraw this competition due to unsatisfactory submissions and/or entrants. The Promoter may at its sole discretion amend this competition or these Terms without prior notice. Any changes will be posted either on the Website or within these Terms and Conditions.
